Walk Safely to School Day – Tomorrow and Friday
At Oakwood we actively support and encourage healthy life practices, such as walking to school. We will be participating in the national Walk Safely to School campaign on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 May.
Students are encouraged to walk to school accompanied by an adult and learn the importance of being safe and crossing roads correctly.
We will celebrate this by providing students who walk to school on these days with a piece of fresh fruit, generously donated by Coles Lakelands!
