I am pleased to announce that Oakwood PS will be hosting a studio for West Coast Music in 2019. They will be offering music tuition after school for the wider community to access. There will be an open afternoon held at school on Thursday 6 December from 3 – 5pm. More details to follow!
Honoured that Oakwood PS was asked to place a flag on the grave of CPRL H H Williams, our adopted veteran. Finn and Sienna represented our school brilliantly today at the Remembrance Day service, well done! ‘We will remember them’.
Our Athletics carnival was wonderful today, well done to the children and the staff who organised things so well. A big thank you to our P & C for the icy poles and a huge thumbs up to our families for supporting us so enthusiastically!
We had a visit from some of our Kindy children for next year today. They came from Jellybeans daycare, who we have a great partnership with. We are delighted to host these visits to help the children transition to our school.

Our first Book Fair was fantastic! We sold over 220 books and earned $850 worth of books for our library!
